Pitlane's extension payload for a value DTCG cannot represent.

The extension is stored at `$extensions["tools.pitlane"]`. The surrounding node deliberately has no `$value`, making it a valid DTCG group that a strict consumer can ignore rather than a token carrying an invalid surrogate value.
